Is it genuinely guaranteed that we will not stop at perfume or papyrus bazaars?
Yes, absolutely. This is our foundational rule. Partner drivers and guides face contractual penalties if they deviate from the official route. You travel directly between your hotel and the excursion with zero commercial detours.
Why are passport details required before boat departures and Dahab trips?
Under Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Coast Guard regulations, no passenger vessel or desert convoy may depart without an Official Coast Guard & Maritime Manifest stamped by the Egyptian Tourist Police. Your details are collected solely for this legal clearance, encrypted securely, and permanently deleted 14 days after your tour under European GDPR standards.
Do we have to pay any extra entrance fees or rental costs on the day?
No. All required national park fees (10 dollars per guest for Ras Mohamed and Dahab Blue Hole), clean snorkeling masks, fins, life vests, hot lunch, and soft drinks are included in the price. You only need pocket cash if you voluntarily choose to tip the crew.
How and from where does hotel pickup take place?
A Toyota HiAce with full air conditioning and solar protection glass picks you up directly at your resort security entrance gate. We group guests by resort area with a maximum of 1 to 3 stops per vehicle. Before arriving, your driver sends their live location on WhatsApp so you know exactly when they are outside.
What happens if sea conditions worsen or the port is closed?
If the Egyptian Coast Guard restricts harbor departures due to high winds or rough seas, our support desk contacts you immediately. You can reschedule for the next calm day or receive a prompt, full refund.
How does the deposit and balance payment work?
You pay a small initial reservation deposit online via card (15 euros per person, or 50 euros for private speedboat charters) using secure Stripe checkout. The remaining balance can be settled at pickup directly with your driver in cash (euros, British pounds, US dollars, or Egyptian pounds) or paid online from your ticket pass.
How can I change the date or cancel if my holiday schedule changes?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Send a quick WhatsApp message with your ticket number, and our team will adjust your booking immediately.
What should we pack and bring for the day?
For yacht cruises and Dahab, bring your swimming clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a copy or photo of your passport. Guests bring personal beach towels from their resort hotel. For desert safaris, we provide your face scarf and cold water; just bring sunglasses and closed footwear.
